HAMMERS UNITED SEASON TICKET UPDATE REQUEST.
A number of members have contacted us asking when they will receive refund from West Ham for the unused matches on their season tickets.This is further to some Premier League clubs beginning the refund process.
Other members have contacted us asking to chase refunds for the away matches at Tottenham and Newcastle and for tickets purchased for individual home matches.There are claims by some that they have been informed by the club that refunds will be made in the form of Club Cash to be used in the club shop or set against next season’s season tickets.
We can confirm that we have written to West Ham seeking clarification and requesting that they make a formal statement as a matter of urgency.

I've never had any club cash. I've got a feeling I'll have some soon though!
I don't want any branded product, they can take it off my next ST.

I just ordered £115 of stuff from the shop out of my Clubcash. The biggest tragedy will be if I leave any of that left unspent.

Hahaha. I've been thinking that recently. This site has gone to the dogs more than WHU.
Herberts spoiling for a fight, name calling, moaning etc WHO is getting very boring.
WHU however are still as frustrating as they ever were but I'm used to it.

The refunds for away tickets should have been refunded immediately. No excuse for that not happening
Has anyone read the small print on season ticket purchases?
Wouldn’t be surprised if there is some get out if games are cancelled for a reason outside the clubs control.
Most likely to me is they will knock the missed games off the cost of renewal for 2020/21.
Obviously none of that will happen until they have a plan for next season.
Those that don’t want to renew will probably be fobbed off for a cash refund until others start to renew.

Haven't missed going to football since we moved to Stratford and although I do loads of away games, they're purely for the alcohol and giggle and football gets in the way of it really.
Not just the stadium, football has become extremely sterile and boring thanks to unnecessary technology and greed, so haven't missed it at all these past couple of months.
Definitely cant see our owners giving cash back as refunds, will clearly just try to take it off of people's future season tickets which is probably fair enough for anyone renewing.

Miss tv social aspect with my mates - Zoom with a beer isn’t the same. Don’t miss the football at all.
Can almost get on board with finishing this season, but not at neutral grounds. However the prospect of yen while of next season without fans? Most wont go back - including me

I'm actually surprised how much I'm missing it. I don't see tv coverage as a good alternative, i spend too much time at home with the tv on, going to football was a great way of getting away from the day to day routine.

To be honest at weekends I can’t say I’ve once thought I wish I was going to a game today.
Hasn’t crossed my mind
That said our current 9 week unbeaten run is impressive

It will indeed be interesting to see how many have found out that they can, after all, live without West Ham as a result of this lay-off.
If I;m honest I haven't missed it at all. Meeting up with the chaps for a pre match drink for sure but not the trudge to the shithole and the garbage served up there.

The club is no doubt holding out until a decision is made on resuming the season before doing any official announcement. However, it is evident that it's going to be behind closed doors if it does resume so the balance of season tickets for remaining games should be refunded to season ticket holders. Season ticket holders should at least have the option to claim a monetary refund rather than a discount/ club cash.
I was seriously in two minds about renewing before this crisis and haven't missed going to the London Stadium at all in the past couple of months, so I would rather not renew and get my money back on the remaining home games from this season.

Just did a little calculation. What I am owed x54,000 [season ticket holders] =£7.815 million pounds.
I wouldn't mind looking after that sort of money for you all and be getting all that interest!!!!!!!!!!

in all honesty as I intend to renew next season I'm happy enough to receive in club cash, just means I don't pay so much next season ( mind you the price increase will probably add that refund to it's price hike lol )
